There’s no getting away from the fact that moving home can be a stressful experience, we aim to minimise this stress as much as we can. As well as finding you the best mortgage we are happy to provide you with as much help as you need with the rest of the process. We are happy to guide you when it comes to choosing your solicitors, estate agent, surveyor or movers and are able to make recommendations for those who live locally.


We do not receive referral fees for any recommendations we make, when we do make a recommendation, it is because we believe that the firm/individual being recommended will provide our clients with the best possible service. If you’re planning a move, please get in touch to see how we can help.


As you approach the end of your initial fixed/introductory rate it is a good idea to start considering your options to avoid falling on to your lenders (usually) much higher standard variable rate. It’s always worth considering the rest of the market even if your existing lender has offered you what appears to be a competitive rate to stay with them.

We know what our strengths are but we also recognise when it is best to seek advice ourselves. We work closely with a number of specialist brokers and should our clients require advice on these types of financing we will look to recommend the best people to help them when it’s outside our area of expertise.

Paying For Our Services

We will always offer a free initial consultation to allow us to assess your circumstances and for you to decide if you’d like to work with us or not. At the end of the first consultation, whether it’s in person or over the phone we will be able to tell you if we need to charge a fee, how much it would be and when it would be payable.


Wherever possible we try to keep our fees to a minimum, ideally zero but it will depend how much you’re looking to borrow and how complicated the application is likely to be. Our typical fees range from £0 to £395 payable on receipt of a mortgage offer.
